Printing designs on aluminium wheels
Pad printing is also the technical solution to printing designs on aluminium wheels: no other printing technology combines the advantages of high process speeds with greater accuracy of imprints at affordable costs.
In-mould printing system
As part of the project, the project partners have succeeded in developing a fully-automated pad printing system which is assembled as an additional unit on the injection moulding machine and which can synchronise with the injection moulding cycle.
Openmind funding project
As part of the European funding project OPENMIND (On-demand production of entirely customised minimally invasive medical devices), Tamponcolor developed and built a pad printing system solution which enables it to apply high-precision 360° all-round printing onto consistently supported continuous and roll-to-roll material.

TAMPONCOLOR® TC Portalprinter
Servo-electrical pad printing portal machines are used for printing, inscribing, labelling and decorating products in single or multiple colours with a high degree of accuracy and colour saturation for any print image location required. TAMPONCOLOR® TC Portalprinters are configured according to customer requirements and are characterised by their compact, modular design.
